National School Forms, Inc. guarantees the quality and workmanship of all the products that we sell. We print and manufacture all forms that are sold on our website or in any of our catalogs. If at anytime you are unsatisfied with any of our products and wish to return an item, within 60 days please contact us at: 1-800-431-1201 and we will be happy to discuss it with you. We will ship you a replacement or refund your purchase if necessary. You may return any item that is not imprinted for any reason as long as the item can be restocked and resold.
